Connect your WhatsApp Business account

RightCurve will ask Meta for permission to send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of your WhatsApp Business account, so that your team can chat with leads and deals inside Frappe CRM. You choose the business, WhatsApp Business account and phone number in Meta's own window; RightCurve never sees your Facebook password.

What happens next

  1. Meta's Embedded Signup window opens. Log in to Facebook and pick (or create) the WhatsApp Business account and phone number.
  2. Meta returns a one-time code to RightCurve. RightCurve exchanges it for an access token scoped only to what you selected, then verifies the account and phone number.
  3. You review exactly which account and number were authorised before anything is configured in Frappe CRM.
